Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has described the death of Abisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi, the first daughter of former Governor Abiola Ajimobi as shocking.
Abisola died died in the early hours of Thursday in the United Kingdom at the age of 42.
Reacting through his Chief Press Secretary, Dr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, the Governor expressed condolences to Mrs Florence Ajimobi, wife of the immediate past governor of the state.
The governor said that Abisola’s death was a sad and shocking development.
Makinde also commiserated with Bashorun Kola Daisi’s family, as well as the husband of the deceased, Idris Kola-Daisi.
He prayed to God to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss and to avert such sad occurrence in both families.
