A combined team of the Benue Police and Vigilante groups has successfully apprehended three additional masterminds of the lethal bank robbery that took place in Otukpo, Benue State in October.
This brings the total number of suspects in custody to seven, following the earlier arrest of four individuals by the military and police in Otukpo.
The heinous attack, which targeted four financial institutions, resulted in the tragic loss of over 15 lives, including three police personnel.
The suspects were captured during a joint security operation led by the Inspector General of Police Response Team, IGP/RT in Katsina-Ala of Benue State.
