Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri divulged that 98 percent of the contracts awarded by his administration in the state were given to Indigenous Contractors.
Governor Fintiri made this known during a Town Hall citizen’s engagement programme on the 2021 Budget, organized at the Government House Yola.
Governor Fintiri reiterated that his administration will deliver on its promises to meet the longings and desires of the common man.
The Governor responded to many questions posed by participants.
Speaking during the meeting Dr. Ishaya John Commissioner of Finance and Budget Dabari and Dr. Mary Paninga, Executive Chairman, Adamawa State Planning Commission said the engagement is the first of its kind in Adamawa State.
